No need to export these curves first and use a color lookup node. Just use the ‘colorspace’ node with the same conversions (1st column) in combination with the CMS test pattern and generate LUT nodes. (Maybe you need to add a ‘clamp’ node for some of the curves to get the same results as the Read/Write colorspace settings.

The ones in the LUT tab of Project settings.. You can just export out the curve, by selecting it and then choose generate curve.. This will convert it into a keyframed curve which you can select and copy into a color lookup node... You can then use the CMS generate pattern and export lut workflow that Deke described above. Resolve has a set of VFX luts which can already do most of this for you. The only main difference you have to remember in Resolve is that all their rec709 luts are actually legal where ours our extended. So you need to compensate for that one one end or the other. To answer your question though you can convert most color operations to Luts by doing the following nodes: CMSTestPattern add any number of color operations, colorspace node, OCIOFileTransform, etc... If you use rec709 then you need to make it is in legal which resolve's rec709 is where Nuke's rec709 is always full range. Also are they just 1d luts with tone curve transformations or are there any color matrix trasforms being done under the hood in nuke? Most of the time it is just an expression converting the colorspace (1d lookup). If you are using .ari files then there is a whole mess of other things in the debayer & colorspace conversion. -- Deke Kincaid Media & Entertainment OEM Development Manager The Foundry Skype: dekekincaid Tel: (310) 399 4555<tel:%28310%29%20399%204555> - Mobile: (310) 883 4313 Web: www.thefoundry.co.uk<http://www.thefoundry.co.uk/> Email: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> _______________________________________________ Nuke-users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users _______________________________________________ Nuke-users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users _______________________________________________ Nuke-users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, http://forums.thefoundry.co.uk/ http://support.thefoundry.co.uk/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/nuke-users ________________________________ [http://www.arricommercial.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/2015-06-11-ARRI-Media-E-mail-Signatur-Anything.jpg]<http://www.arri.de/arrimedia> Get all the latest information from www.arri.de/arrimedia<http://www.arri.de/arrimedia>, Facebook<https://www.facebook.com/pages/ARRI-Film-TV/117731121606986?fref=ts> ARRI Media GmbH Sitz: München - Registergericht: Amtsgericht München Handelsregisternummer: HRB 69396 Geschäftsführer: Franz Kraus; Dr. Jörg Pohlman; Josef Reidinger
