It's mostly legacy from times where the tracking workflow was a bit more
archaic but could still be handy for the odd task.
It simply matches a one or two points transform for two sets of points,
just like stabilising, then match-moving would do.
For reconciling different plate movements.
Not very well explained, but it's well into beer o'clock here...
