Foundry used to sell a rolling shutter plug-in, but the reality is that jello-shutter is actually a slit-scan, and each line is from a different point in time. So you can't really remove it unless you patch everything. Enjoy :)
This is one reason 360 rigs are coming out with full synced non-cmos sensors.
