I'm happy to see distutils go away in favor of something better, but that "something better" needs to be actively promoted as *the* replacement for distutils for *all* Python packages, not just numpy. -- Robert Kern "I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth." -- Umberto Eco Using Tomcat but need to do more?
