We will probably start CI testing when betas begin and support 3.9 in NumPy 1.20.x series. Nightly builds, we will see. The manylinux* docker images and OpenBLAS libraries will need to be updated and we will probably want to wait for the official Python 3.9 release to do that. Chuck
