Hi all, On behalf of the whole steering council, I'd like to welcome Marten van Kerkwijk and Nathan Goldbaum as new steering council members. We're very glad that Marten has returned to active NumPy development and is returning to the council, and that Nathan is joining the council after 2.5 years of high-quality contributions.
We'd also like to thank Stephan Hoyer and Eric Wieser, who are moving to emeritus council member status after no longer being very actively involved in the project for a while, for their contributions.
