I deleted the old git repo there, and I followed the scipy git guide
and put the changes here:
http://github.com/illume/numpy3k.
git clone git://github.com/illume/numpy3k.git
So hopefully you'll be able to take those changes from git into svn.
If it's still not working... please let me know and I'll still use
that git repo, but just upload diffs for you.
