I'm getting the same >>> sys.maxunicode 65535
I might have some "hand complied" python. Once I compiled Biopython long ago. The problem is I do not know how to clean up all the python version that I have. I tried the reinstall option. It does not work. I cannot remove the python. It will wipe out my operating system. Any suggestion?
