Yep, the scipy.org website has a navigation structure problem, in that the "scipy library" and "scipy stack and community" parts are not separated clearly enough. The navigation items for both sections are visible at the same time, the graphical style is the same, numpy.org is on a different domain etc., so it's a bit of a mess. Still an improvement over Moinmoin, though. One option would be to separate the navigation tree of the "scipy library" part from the entry page.
