We am pleased to announce the release of NumPy 1.9.2, a bugfix only release for the 1.9.x series. The tarballs and win32 binaries are available on sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/numpy/files/NumPy/1.9.2/ PyPI also contains the wheels for MacOs. The upgrade is recommended for all users of the 1.9.x series.
