Bug description:
NUnit test
NUnit.Core.Tests.CultureSettingAndDetectionTests.SettingInvalidCultureGivesError
expects .NET to give an ArgumentException when an invalid culture is set.
Under .NET 4.0, the exception is System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException
causing a failure.
