Public bug reported:

NUnit uses Microsoft Sans Serif and Courier New as default fonts. These
are not present on Linux. We should use generic sans serif and monospace
fonts and not test for the name of the font in our tests.

In future, we may deliver some fonts with NUnit, in which case those
could be used.
