Bug description:
Something about the wording of Is.TypeOf<Foo>() makes this read as though the
test is checking that the actual object is the Type Foo. An alias that would
read better and avoid this confusion would be Is.OfType<Foo>() which reads in a
way that developer might actually ask this statement.
