Under Windows, Mono 4.0 support is detected correctly but under Linux the code
is looking for /usr/lib/lib/Mono/4.0/mscorlib.dll,
which is not the correct path. The calculation of monoPrefix in
RuntimeFramework.cs needs to be changed.
