Ignored test icon should be more prominent

Bug description:
The current icon used for an ignored test shows a question mark in a
dirty yellow circle. It doesn't stand out sufficiently to be easily
distinguished from the inconclusive marker. Other icons for test
results could be updated as well for a crisper look.
