Since Anuraj is willing to work on it for 2.6.2, I have added this
feature back to that milestone of NUnitV2. For NUnit 3.0, it represents
more of a user story than a patch.. that is, we will have to see what
the new Gui looks like first.

Bug description:
I am using NUnit in a big project, contains thousands of unit test
cases. It will be great if you can implement a "Find Test" feature.
Which helps any one to Find Test case by providing the Test Name,
various find options like, "Starts with, Contains, EndsWith".
