We had some discussion of this on the nunit-discuss list but nobody
followed through by making a feature request. Generally, that's the way
forward in going from "just talk" to scheduling something for
development.
Since we currently have a RepeatAttribute, which simply runs the test
multiple times until failure, this one might be called 'Retry' in order
to distinquish it. If you'd like to make the request, go to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/nunit-3.0 and report it as a bug. We'll
categorize it as a feature and it won't get forgotten that way.
