Actually, those files missing due to a problem in packaging, so they should only be removed from a local build in order to make it work.
As a workaround, please download the source from GitHub, using the 2.6.3 label. In the future, we probably won't release a separate source package, since GitHub creates them automatically. For 2.6.3, this will not be fixed.
