Hi Tim, That's just fantastic, very well done. Your (very few) factual errors were trivial slips in the scheme of things, and you did a great job of describing what NuPIC is all about, how it's used, and what promise it holds for genuinely important applications.
It's a perfect example of how the community can make a big contribution to this effort, and in many ways it's one of the best expositions I've seen of the project at both high- and low-levels. I'd love to know what kind of reaction you got to your talk, and if any kind of follow-up has occurred since then on your call to action. You should extend your invitation to this group as well, as I'm sure there'd be people on here who could help you out. Thanks from all of us for stepping up to prepare and deliver your talk, and I hope that this is just the first of many such demonstrations of reaching out to our local networks.
