Thanks for the quick responses Marek (and Austin)!
I removed the linux64-nupic. I have all the dependencies listed
installed, I set up the environment vars and have env.sh being called
from my .bashrc
I am able to get things built successfully calling ./cleanbuild.sh
(though there are an awful lot of warnings)
However, I am back to where I was last time I tried installing nupic:
having python 2.7 issues
The C++ tests all passed, but when running the python tests I get
> from matplotlib._path import affine_transform
E ImportError: libpython2.6.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
=========================================================== 244 passed,
4 skipped, 1 error in 170.27 seconds
I posted about this in the "Python 2.7 build with 2.6 Error" thread
then, and was told to try again... so yes the issue still persists.
Any advice on fixing this?
Thanks again,
Josh
