I think I'm still using Python 2.6. I'll be updating to 2.7 next week,
and will try to address these issues.

One question: What is the status of your CEPT account? Check
https://cept.3scale.net/admin/access_details and confirm that your
Plan is"Beta Program", not "Free Trial". If not, request an upgrade by
changing plans.
