The 'hype' concern is understandable, although something (everything) tells me there's no chance for any future AI winter :-) The algos D.George using are based on early HTM versions, and most probably optimized for vision tasks with some ad hoc math.models, so I guess he will not publish the source code anytime soon (especially with the purpose of monetizing on his project).
