Hello All,
After having a bit of trouble installing NuPIC on a vagrant image, I've created
a Vagrantfile that uses chef to install dependencies and build nupic from the
github master. Check it out, and give it a try. This is my first-stab at
getting a reproduce-able environment for NuPIC. Please feel free to fork, fix
or update as needed. And feedbacks are welcome.
