You can use it many ways..eg creating and running the examples (see Readme
page on github).  If you mean to use the python versions of the TP, SP -

Well... :) Python is interpreted language, so you just edit the *.py files
in text editor. (Might need to do a rebuild ./build.sh to ensure 1/
everything works ok, 2/ copy the files in appropriate locations in $NTA )

If you dont know Python (like i dont) I suggest google for some nice
tutorials.
