I would like to help out with the VM if I am able. One caveat - my background is in front-end development for the web, and I am still getting up to speed on NuPIC. While I can usually accomplish what I need to when it comes to sysadmin stuff, I may not be the best choice as the technical lead in maintaining the VMs. At the same time, having a good development environment is important to me, and I am willing to put in the effort to make it work.
