NuPIC now has it's first community member converted into a project
committer. Marek ("breznak" on Github) has been the most active community
contributor since the very beginning of the project, and this conversion is
well-deserved.I first found Marek because of his independent work on his own CLA implementation at https://github.com/breznak/htm-cla, but I couldn't get ahold of any contact information for him, so I resorted to submitted a pull request https://github.com/breznak/htm-cla/pull/1.
