The python-2.7 branch on nupic-darwin64 is up-to-date, built from my system
running Mavericks, clang, and python 2.7.5.  I'm using it for NuPIC, also
built with clang.  Unless there are any objections, I'm inclined to merge
into master and do the same for nupic-linux64 in prep for other efforts to
standardize on Python 2.7
