Too bad. It seems like a network problem with Docker in some regions. I found

One guy said that it worked after multiple tries. I never got this error, but
sometimes the Docker pulling fails for some other reasons, eventually working
afterwards.

Even the pull from ubuntu fails. Sounds like this is a problem with docker
rather than a particular case about the nupic image. This issue is tracked here
: https://github.com/dotcloud/docker/issues/2461
And I found a more specific issue track about exposing multiple ports here :
https://github.com/dotcloud/docker/issues/1941.
I do not know if it is even relevant, but it throws the same error anyways.
