I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a step-by step wiki install. I'd just list packages that need to be apt-get installed (+ any distro specific tweaks that need to be done) and then refer to the main Readme.md for instructions howto build and run tests.
Otherwise things like this can happen where there are duplicated (and potentionally obsolete) information. -- Marek Otahal :o)
