Hi Marek,

These are the exact steps I took:

1. cloned the repository in /numenta2/nupic
2. pip installed all requirements
3. create .bashrc file in /numenta2 like the following:

export NUPIC=~/nupic
export NTA=$NUPIC/build/release
export NTA_ROOTDIR=$NTA
export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:$NTA/lib/python2.7/site-packages

4. source .bashrc
5.generated build files:

mkdir -p $NUPIC/build/scripts
cd $NUPIC/build/scripts

6. make clean
7. cmake $NUPIC
8. make -j3 and then received the error as described in my other message.
