As for creating a web interface for your chatbot, I might be able to help at some point in the future. Right now, I am quite busy with other projects. If you want to take a stab at it yourself, take a look at Heroku. They provide a service that allows you to focus on your application code, and not have to worry so much about setting up a web server. They also have some tutorials.
