Utensil [1] has been very active lately along with David and Marek trying to improve our builds, API documentation, and code quality. He was nominated to be promoted to committer and unanimously voted in. We are happy to welcome him to the team.
Utensil is currently working on changes to help move NuPIC towards better Windows compatibility, which has always been a long-term goal for us. Thanks for your hard work, Utensil!
