There currently is no cortical.io encoder for NuPIC (although it has been
proposed <https://github.com/numenta/nupic/issues/432>). In order to get
SDRs from the Cortical API, you can use pycept
<https://github.com/numenta/pycept>. These SDRs should bypass the SP and be
fed directly into the sequence memory module. There are examples of doing
this here: https://github.com/numenta/nupic.nlp-examples/
