Hi, I am planning on using NUPIC for prediction of diseases based on symptoms. I am looking for a database of case studies of different patients with different diseases and their symptoms.
For eg: 100 patients with type 1 diabetes and their individual symptoms. I am trying to build a website that would help doctors with possible diagnosis about a patient based on his symptoms. The website will also provide a heads up about any possible contagious disease patient in the surrounding area/hospital. The website will serve as a database for all health patients with a unique ID. Website will be totally free to use and open sourced. Its an initiative to help doctors in stress and better health care. SO if you know of any such database of diseases and symptoms respective to a patient, or if you might know any one who could help me with it, I would be very GreatFul!! Thanks Aseem Hegshetye
