There is a problem while installing Nupic, and I could not work it out. 

error:
Cannot fetch index base URL https://pypi.python.org/simple/
  Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement pycapnp==0.5.5 
(from nupic==0.2.2)

But I have manually installed pycapnp-0.5.6 Thanking You,
