Hey all! As many of you know, I am working on a side-project for our local TEDx. http://nostradamiq.org/landing I am building a cool 3D webapp now for visualisation of disaster data. I would love to get some input from you about: 1) What sorts of data would you like to see? 2) Do you know some good KML, geoJSON or similar data sources? 3) Are you interested in helpin our in writing functions for converting other formats of data in these formats? Or any other help? :)
Thank you! :) Pascal On Aug 10, 2015 11:12 PM, "Matthew Taylor" <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello NuPIC, > > An enormous amount of data was recently released: > > http://www.nyc.gov/html/tlc/html/about/trip_record_data.shtml > > Data includes things like: > - pickup time > - pickup lat/lon > - drop off time > - drop off lat/lon > - rate > - # passengers > - trip distance > > I just thought I would mention it in case anyone was interested in a > large amount of historical geospatial / temporal data. > > --------- > Matt Taylor > OS Community Flag-Bearer > Numenta > >
