Hello NuPIC, Richard has been helping us a lot over the past 6 months by working on algorithm porting into C++ and Windows work. Because of this involvement as well as his valuable role as a helpful mentor on the mailing lists and GitHub, we have voted to make him a NuPIC Committer!
