Hello NuPIC, There have been several reports of upgrade problems from NuPIC 0.2.6 to 0.3.0. I believe with today's release of 0.3.1, this should be mitigated. Please try to update to the latest version, but be sure to uninstall all old versions of NuPIC first by running this command several times:
> pip uninstall nupic nupic.bindings -y Now you can install from source code or binary file. Follow the directions at https://github.com/numenta/nupic for binary installation. If you are installing from source code, make sure your codebase is up to date and rebuild as normal. If you have problems, please report them here.
