Hi,
There has been some big changes to Pip and PyPi distribution
naming recent that could be affecting this.
Can you run the following three commands in a cmd window and reply here
with a copy/paste of the output -
- python --version
- python -c "import struct; print(struct.calcsize('P') * 8)"
- pip --version
