installation problem

hi, is anyone using Nupic on Windows7? I ran into the problem "nomatching
distribution found for  nupic.bindings == 0.4.0 <from nupic>"

does anyone know how to fix this ? I downloaded the nupic.bindings 0.4.0
and it's still not working
