Actually, the charting is a part of the smartthings.htm.bridge: https://github.com/nupic-community/smartthings.htm.bridge
All the charting is done there on the frontend in angular.js. Jeff Fohl can tell you more about it, he's the guy who put it together for me. Thanks, Jeff!
