After some discussion with Arnaud, we are planning an interim release
before 2.6.x:
- ChangeLog (need merge between the current + svn2changelog ;
Charles?)
- UPGRADING
- remaining patchs and bugs (from list and distro)
apcsmart (transfer.reason)
