The above is a permissions problem. Most likely you're running two instances of the driver in parallel. Make sure to kill off any drivers you've been running before starting a new one. Also note that we no longer recommend to use the megatec_usb driver. It has been replaced by the blazer_usb driver and will probably be dropped from the tree when we release the next version.
