Citeren Arnaud Quette <[email protected]>:
just to clearly disambiguate the situation: as from now, we'll be abandoning the nss-compat work.
After playing with it for a couple of days, I fully agree.
Arjen: if you however want to continue testing this approach (which IMHO would be a waste of time), could you please create another branch for this?
The nss_compat_ossl library doesn't live up to its promise of providing an transparent migration path from OpenSSL to Mozilla NSS. It's poorly documented and earlier versions seem to be quite broken, without a possibility to easily verify if the installed version is recent enough. I have no intention to continue testing with this given the fact that someone is already working on native Mozilla NSS support (which is no doubt, much better than having to rely on people installing yet another library).
so that Emilien can concentrate on the native NSS implementation...
Great! Best regards, Arjen -- Please keep list traffic on the list (off-list replies will be rejected) _______________________________________________ Nut-upsdev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/nut-upsdev
