The Buildbot has detected a new failure of FreeBSD-x86 on Network
UPS Tools.

Python is available in $PATH, it's just not in /usr/bin.
I've been putting this off for a while, but I would like to change all
occurrences of "/usr/bin/python" to "/usr/bin/env python". Any
thoughts or objections?
