Don't touch that. This is indeed a path... :-)
This is where the upsmon client looks for the CA that signed the
certificate presented by the server. So unlike the server, this is
indeed a directory that holds the trusted CA's (either 'official'
ones, or your own CA in case of self-signed certificates).
