we'll never have a cleaner solution for this specific use case (ie, having a
full distribution install, using a svn checkout [on windows], and missing
the AsciiDoc dependency to build manpages).

The only solution is to use official distribution, that is to say either
official releases like nut-2.6.0.tar.gz, or snapshots, which already include
manpages.
