I was thinking about merging updated apcsmart driver, possibly with
keeping old one as apcsmart-old, or apcsmart-legacy - just in case,
should anyone run in some unforeseen issue - a switch to the previous
one would be trivial.
If there're no issues, old one could be removed in some further version
down the road.
