The second round is aimed for regular time to time checks - cosmetic changes to prevent false positives. For example s(n)printf, every non-empty 'case' should end with 'break' or with a comment noting that break is omitted intentionally (coverity does not parse comments, it's satisfied with any comment, usually /* fallthrough */ or something like that).
If you don't want those changes, let me know. I think I'll get to it next month if there are no objections.
