This APC unit is not specifically mentioned in NUT's list of supported APC
models at https://networkupstools.org/ddl/APC/index.html
Could you submit the output of upsc <ups>, upsrw <ups> and upscmd -l <ups> to
this list for inclusion in the NUT documentation ?
As far as the 99% vs 100% values are concerned, it is possible that there is a
slight mismatch in usbhid-ups between the highest charge reported by the UPS and
the value used in the driver for 100%, but this will need confirmation by a
usbhid-ups specialist.
